What type of hair do you use?
Our wigs are made with premium raw Vietnamese human hair, selected for softness, longevity, movement, and beautiful styling results.
What type of lace do your wigs have?
Our collection features HD lace designed to blend naturally into the skin for a seamless, realistic finish.
Do I need glue to wear my wig?
Not necessarily. Depending on the wig and your preferred installation method, many units can be worn glueless or secured using a wig band, lace spray, or adhesive.
Will the colour look exactly like the picture?
Every wig is individually coloured and customized. Because our colour work is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in tone, making each crown unique.
Can I straighten or curl my wig?
Yes. Because our wigs are made with human hair, they can be curled, straightened, and restyled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat.
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, premium raw human-hair wigs can last a long time. Longevity depends on how frequently the wig is worn, styled, coloured, and maintained.
How do I care for my wig?
Use professional-quality products, gently detangle from the ends upward, minimize excessive heat, and store your wig properly when it is not being worn. A complete Wig Care Guide will also be available.
How long does processing take?
Processing times will be displayed at checkout and on the individual product page. Handcrafted or customized units may require additional preparation time before shipping.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. Canada-wide shipping is available. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final once a wig has been worn, installed, cut, altered, coloured, washed, or customized in any way.
If you receive the wrong item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact Mi Corona Atelier within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the situation.
Items must remain unused, unworn, unaltered, with the lace intact and in their original condition and packaging to be considered for any approved return or exchange.

Are your wigs ready to wear?
Our wigs arrive styled and prepared for wear, but the lace is not cut by default.
This gives you or your hairstylist the freedom to customize the lace, hairline, and installation to your preference.
For customers who want more preparation before delivery, pre-plucking and knot bleaching can be added for an additional fee.
